201 North Tryon - designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates - rises 449 feet into the sky, totals 670,000 rentable square feet and includes an attached 1,030 space parking deck. Vertical articulations in the design are accented by the building's dramatically curved crown, providing an unmistakable link between 201 North Tryon and Charlotte, nicknamed the QueenCity.
