Cleaning Services
The cleaning for this building is done by an outside contract service. All contract personnel are bonded and in uniform and meet strict requirements for employment. Good housekeeping is an important part of our tenant services and suggestions for improvement are always welcome.
Cleaning service is provided five nights a week. The daily scope of services includes vacuuming high traffic areas, feather dusting horizontal surfaces, sweeping and mopping tile, marble and wood floors, emptying wastebaskets and cleaning kitchen counter tops and sinks. Items on desks will not be moved or shifted by cleaning personnel. Restrooms are cleaned nightly and checked periodically throughout the business day. All paper products and soap are restocked each evening.

In the event of any accidental spills during the day, call (704) 887-1260 to dispatch cleaning personnel.
Trash Removal
If you wish to dispose of trash other than items that fit in the wastepaper basket at your desk, please inform cleaning personnel by leaving a "trash" sticker on these items. Please contact your floor rep (TRC for bank associates) if you need stickers. The night staff makes every effort to avoid discarding an item that is not meant to be thrown away, please help them by NOT leaving items on top of wastebaskets, hallways, or elevator lobbies.
Please contact your floor/company rep (TRC for bank associates) when you have a special trash need, such as: boxes from a delivery of supplies, furniture or equipment.
Recycling Programs
201 North Tryon has an extensive program in place for recycling aluminum, glass and plastic items. This program consists of blue recycling bins placed in each floor's break room which are emptied once a week. These bins are for recyclable items only.
