Engineering Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Response Time:
Tenant requests are dispatched according to priority and engineers complete the request within that time frame. This can range from an immediate response for emergencies such as power outages, safety issues, flooding, and temperature adjustments to a 24 hour response for less urgent matters such as hanging a picture.

Contractor and Vendor Identification:
All contractors and vendors in the building are required to register with the Dock Master and/or Security. The Dock Master can be reached at (704) 386-8221 during normal business hours.
All contractors and vendors must check in with the Security Console, and will be assigned an ID badge which is to be worn at all times. Access is granted by completing a building access request form and submitting at lease 24 hours prior to the time work is scheduled to begin. Access forms are available from the management office. Please call (704) 887-1260.
If you notice someone on your floor who appears to be a contractor, delivery person or vendor but is not wearing a badge, please contact the Security Console immediately at (704) 386-8210.
